One comment. Yes I was very satisfied with the repair and the attention Joe showed me and the speed of repair. But, seriously, the tech played with my radio, seeking a station he enjoyed. Because of that my display screen is dark and don’t think the service dept should be fooling with a clients sound system

Honda wanted to charge me $181.00 if they could not find the transmission problem that both my wife and I observed.
I believe this type of issue should be evaluated under the warranty.
They waived this fee upon check out.
I was not happy with this process.
