Paid $190 for diagnostic and waited over 3.5 hrs - problem did not resolve and car was given back
I then took the car to Midas and it took them 15 min to diagnose the issue and resolve - Midas did not charge me a single penny
Very disappointed
HK should refund the diagnostic cost paid - bottom line, money charged and issue not resolved

The car was not to the best standard with the auto butler service and there was a stain on my back seat that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Windows not wiped properly. Disappointing.
