Rodney did a great job of communicating the issues with our vehicle. He was friendly, thorough, and respectful. The experience was great from him.
Unfortunately the pricing we received on replacing the struts was out of line. We received 3 other quotes and all 3 were less than half the price of your quote.

the service was not good because i had an appointment at 10 and everyone walked passed me and my car and didn’t attend me for like 10 minutes and they were helping others until i walked and asked what’s going on i’ve been here for 10 minutes and nobody is helping me and then they give me attitude like what ! and then i had to wait like 4 hours for a few simple things and once they call me it’s ready to take the car home and that it’s all good they say oh yeah by the way there is a nail in your car wheel and the air filter s are done like why couldn’t you tell me that on the voicemail ?? . didn’t feel appreciated there :/

I believe what happened to my car tire should be covered by warranty. I don’t see a puncture from the outside of my car. If there is, it is not noticeable but the puncture on the inside was big enough to notice. I wish Joe tried to listen more instead of talking about his knowledge or beliefs on cars. He asked me if he can ask me a question, which I said no. It’s annoying. Why, so he can turn his question to overwhelming me with his car knowledge?
