Joe was awesome. It was the tire tech that had me wondering wtf! He put a bolt in place of the nail he pulled out initially vs a plug & let me leave like this without telling me. I immediately heard an odd noise, pulled over & saw this bolt in my rear driver side tire! I called Honda, returned & ended up getting new tires all around. That wasn't appropriate on his part but my dilemma is now solved. This could be a lesson learned moment to him that maybe he should've got another opinion on proper repairs vs what he did. My mere suggestion...I'm not mad. It was all an unexpected occurrence as I just popped in for an alert code. God bless

I paid my hard earned money to get my car fixed just for it not to be fixed I’m not understanding how the 1st time it got diagnosed it was supposedly due to it misfiring due to after market parts getting put on so they exchanged them out for the actual Honda parts they charged me $500 to do that 2 hours after I received the car the van started shaking again and the same exact dash lights had came back on when I brought it back they re-diagnosed it and told me a totally different diagnostic but what I’m not understanding is how they didn’t observe the problem the the second diagnostic had gave the 1st time how did the mechanics not see the oil inside the spark plugs compartment before they put the new ones in I really feel that my money was just taken from me and no one at that Honda dealership cares
