I think the reason I keep coming back is because Joe is always so pleasant and poli& the fact that he answers the questions I ask promptly, courteously, & of course correct❣️ And I think that’s very important if you want your customers to come back????And I’m very appreciative of his kindness, his opinion, & straight forward attitude towards Honda vehicles. I’m in crutches, & this man is always polite….. gives me a few minutes extra to get to the counter & always holds the door for me. Any questions I pose to Joe he always gives me a straight answer.
