He called me when he said he was going to call me, so I have no complaints there. I only wish Sam, or someone else above him, would have tried to make a point to reach out every day that my car was in, even if only to say you were waiting on a part, or there was some other delay, or something like that. Just a simple status update Would have been appreciated. But, again, I have overall good feelings about my experience.

this is the 2nd time I’ve been completely disappointed in the treatment from my advisor. First, I drove an hour, one way, for work that you were unable to complete because 1) the part was never ordered and 2) I had a full tank of gas. Then, I have fluids changed and the mechanic failed to properly return the engine guard which resulted in damages and another visit. I called to discuss the matter prior to making an appointment. Then, another drive one way and 1) I’m asked to pay for the repair. The advisor said….oh….we’ve told you about that problem before. 2) the part is not available.
Never in my life has anyone from your facility, or any other facility talked to me about the shield. It was in the 100% working order until my visit. When I had to crawl under the car to zip tie it….you could clearly see that the clips were not installed
On my ride in, I also had a light come on related to the shutter grill being inoperable. Turns out it was a rock. That rock cost me $190 for it to be removed and taken for a 6 mile ride.
I express my disappointment and extreme frustration that I literally have spent 8 hours of my life at this dealership and none of the work I set out to have done was completed. I was only on the road to have work done from your mechanics mistake. You would think, due to all the hassle,miles, gas, time away from work you would have just covered it. Then, in his words, to make the mood lighter, Joe tells me how sometimes they say we need to fix the car and sometimes we need to fix the driver. Are you kidding me? How incredibly inappropriate and tone deaf. Was that insult because I’m a female, because I challenged the cost of the work, because I demand better? To say I was fuming and insulted is a complete underrepresented statement
Once my engine shield work is done, I will not be retuning to this dealership for anything.
