I’ve taken my car to get the recall fixed like 3 times but there’s always an issue. First they didn’t have the piece now that the tool broke. It’s hard for me to make appointments because I work so late, to then having these inconvenience is frustrating. The service advisor always sounds mad like it’s a problem that my car has issues and that I don’t fix them right away. The only one that provides good service always is Kevin Z.

The car is once again in operable less than an hour after we picked it up and it was supposed to be repaired $1600 later. I am now once again, waiting for a tow truck to bring the car back to Honda Dealer.

I brought my car in for service and Auto Butler
Getting my car ready for my road trip.Picking up my car I noticed some area was sloppy on the dash and brought it to Porter attention he had it touched up and did not vacuum the cargo area
Next day I stated my road trip and my passengers noticed area that was skipped and driving at night I noticed my windshield was smeared

I was told that I would get 2 free oil changes with my purchase of my 2025 Honda pilot and got 1 free one in Arizona at 5000 miles no problem but your service department charged me for my oil change at 10000 miles. Why does the surprise Honda of Arizona have better customer service.
