Charging 3% for using a credit card is stupid. How come the customers always get screwed. I get small restaurants doing that, but a major dealership where bills can be very large is a bit much. Do better.

This is the third way I'm being asked for feedback. Once from Todd, once from Joe, and now this automated one. Two minor complaints:
1) I didn't get a call saying my part was in. It had been in for months. Or if they did call, they didn't leave a message.
2) My tires were over-inflated by around 5 psi. Not a big deal, but not optimal either.
