Overall looks great. Sam couldn’t recreate the delayed start issue we have been having, but hopefully at some point before our warranty is up we can figure it out and get it fixed. Otherwise, everything else was great. Thanks, Sam!

My 2012 Honda odyssey is still doing the exact same thing it was doing when I 1st brought it into the dealership. I was told that the problem has been fixed but after driving it for 2-3 hours it started to back shaking and the exact same service lights came back on again

98% satisfied. You keep asking the same question. My feedback remains the same. Other than a miscommunication about the date my vehicle would be finished, everything else appeared to go fine. The original issue was resolved. The original expected completion date was communicated verbally. Ideally someone could have called me with update vs me having to call and learning about the delay.

I’m very frustrated that I brought my vehicle in October last year and there was a leaky transmission O-Ring and the dealership neglected to tell me it would be covered under my warranty if I just paid for the diagnostic. So earlier this week the leak is still there and I was under the impression that dye was put in from my October visit and learned it wasn’t because I didn’t approve. So I tell dealership to add the dye and find the leak. I’m informed the leak was found. I ask isn’t this covered under my warranty and Sam tells me my warranty expired 9 days ago.
To say the least I was livid! If I would have been informed back in October the leak would be covered under warranty it would have addressed.
The cost of the repair is around $800 and strongly feel the dealership should be covering this.
I’m very upset with this situation which is why I called Honda.
