My tire issues and the notice on my dash have never been addressed for the long run. By the time I drive home, stop the car, restart it everything is right back to where it was. So I paid for a tire rotation that was reversed to what it was 3 days later! Disappointing

Originally I went in for an oil change. Carlos went above and beyond to check what was covered with my plan. He was able to let me know that I could also get my tires rotated. We managed to get that situated & he also brought up having the rear differential fluid done. He explained why he brought it up & why it’s helpful in the long run.
