I was told the lower control arms of my Ridgeline were worn and needed replacement at a cost of over $1700 (including the alignment). I took my truck to another reputable mechanic in Kenosha and they inspected the issue and found absolutely nothing wrong the control arms. It's obvious the Honda rep. intentionally tried to do work that was not needed. This is very concerning. I will not longer take either of my Honda vehicles to Honda of Kenosha unless I absolutely need to.
