We Didn't appreciate Sam's attitude. He tried telling me there was something wrong with the car because the new key fob wouldn't program right and work the buttons. That I'd have to have it diagnosed. The old key fob worked fine on the buttons. His attitude changed when my husband came to talk to him. Felt like he was treating me like I didn't know anything.
