I was completely satisfied with the work and Joe’s professionalism. The only problem I have is when I lease a vehicle it’s because I don’t have to spend money on it except the lease bill every month and the car insurance. When my lease is up I’ll be going to other car dealerships and check out what they have to offer.

When I got into my vehicle, the first thing I noticed was that it had not been cleaned. I know that the car wash was working, as other cars were cleaned. My radio had been turned on and turned to a station that I do not listen to, and I rarely even turn on my radio. But the most irritating thing was the sunflower seed shells that I found in my car! That is disgusting!!! This is the second time that the technician has eaten or drank in my car and made a mess that I had to clean up. After coming in to get an oil change and winding up paying close to $700, and that was after I was told it would be a little over $500 including the $100 coupon I had. Then at the last moment I am told you now charge for using a credit card? I'm due for a tune-up in a few months and I might be looking for a new place to take my car! My father was a mechanic and he would have never eaten or drank when he was working. My car is not to be used as the mechanics cafeteria! I thought Honda had better policies in place! I should not have to clean up after the technician who worked on my car! Last time my car was in there something had been sprayed in my car that I was highly allergic to, even having the windows down in winter I was still having a bad reaction and nothing was done. The odor lasted close to two weeks and I wound up coming down sick because I had to drive around in the cold with my windows down! You need to do better for your customers or you will not keep those customers!
