My service writer did a fine job!! But the person who installed my tonneau cover did it incorrectly. As I was driving home I noticed the front corner of the cover was sticking up and I heard a buffeting sound. When I got home I looked the tonneau over and realized it was not put on correctly. I loosened the clamps and repositioned the cover correctly so the seals did their job.

I had asked the service writer if someone from Honda could pick me up from work at 5:30 and take me to Honda to pay for and pick up my car. At 5:40 no one had came so I called both Honda numbers and no answer. I had to wait a half hour to have a co-worker drop me off.
