I was texted to set up an appointment for a recall item, specifically for the A-pillar trim that I’ve been waiting for for 3 months and to hurry as space was limited. I set up the appointment to their first avail. Took a full day and when the car was returned they did a different recall item I had no idea about and the a-pillar trim was not fixed. Then I was told the a-pillar trim needed an inspection first when I already had the inspection 3 months ago and the text from the team told me to schedule the original appointment specifically for the a-pillar trim.

Last 2 times I've left, my truck has been missing valve stem caps. Gets old. My truck was clean when I came in, hand prints left all over the truck. I get that it takes work to do maintenance but you can take care of how it leaves. Keep some quick detailer around to leave it in the same condition please.
