Alex did great.
I brought my vehicle in to be checked for a recall. The technician at that time said it needed the new parts for said recall. Brought the car in and left it for an entire day for this recall. After most of a day Alex contacted me to let me know the parts that came in were not correct and needed to be reordered.
Second time bringing in the vehicle for the recall, and towards the end of the day, the technician found the car met standards and did not need the recall after all.
Again, Alex handled the **** sandwich with contacting me and giving me the news.
Not happy that a technician identified I needed a recall that I didn’t need. Not happy that a technician didn’t identify that the recall wasn’t needed the time they took apart the vehicle and found out the parts were wrong.
Not happy I had to drop off my car the night before and have my wife drive my Bronco and leave me without a vehicle for two days.
