While the service to the car itself was fine, communication was very poor. I had an oil change schedule and an inspection for a recall. When I checked in, he told me that he would order the parts but didn’t know when they’d be in. No problem. Sat in the lounge and almost 2 hours later, my car was ready. Turned out you did have the parts and took care of the recall but no one ever said anything to me or made sure I had the time. I really didn’t as I was in the middle of my work day and made me late to see my patients and I ended up working late. While I am grateful that I don’t have to come back again for the recall issue, I am super frustrated with the lack of communication.

When I came in for an oil change I had no issues with my air. Now that they took out the cabin filter the blower motor is making a loud noise. I called and he said they don't have time to look at it until the 22nd. I explained I was driving it to Oklahoma on Wed and needed it fixed by then. He said I could bring it in on Mon and leave it for a couple of days he might be able to get it fixed. I have appointments both Monday and Tuesday and can cancel them and I need a car to drive
