I called in last Monday Sept 22nd. The gentleman said 2 hours for service new tires and oil change. My wife was there that whole time and asked but never received updates.total time there 3 hours and 50 minutes and no discount was ever given. There was a sub at the waiting room front desk and my wife asked what was in the tire that went flat? She called and asked service but the manager didn't know. My wife asked at 10:10 at service to specifically know what happened with the check in gal in service sorry no name given. Our experience was less than expected this time.
