As a longtime customer of Lindquist Ford and Clinton Auto Group, I was very disappointed to hear of the lack of continuity between the two. Specifically, they no longer honor each other’s coupons. Not the best way to represent affiliated companies.
Also, I was disappointed to see that you recently implemented a service charge for customers using a credit card.
Regarding the actual service provided, it was very good.
