Service is always great at Lindquist and my experiences have always been pleasant since I started doing business there.

Haley, as always, knocked it out of the park! My appointment wasn’t until 11:20 AM, yet my car was done being fixed before 9:30 AM. Haley makes Lindquist Ford so much better than it might otherwise be. I am always grateful and glad when she oversees when my vehicles are being worked on. I remain a loyal customer of Lindquist Ford, primarily due to Haley‘s professionalism and incredible work ethic!

I've bought 2 new trucks from you since 2015. I've have never gone anywhere else for my service work. You have washed my truck at the end of every one except for today. I was very disappointed to pick up a dirty truck today

I was told before I took my vehicle in for warranty work that the work would be done that day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, after being told it was ready, there was no information available on what had been done to my vehicle but I was assured it was ready for me to take and was completed. (My vehicle smelled horribly of smoke when I got into it, as if someone had been smoking cigarettes in it; I find this very unprofessional.) A day or so later I received a call from a different person at your service center saying that my vin number was needed to order parts for the recall that I was told was was performed when I took the vehicle in. I cannot recall the exact response but it was something to the effect of "sorry for the misunderstanding." I then received a text a day or so after that saying my warranty work was completed and my vehicle, that I had in my possession, could be picked up. All in all, I am still not sure what has been done to my vehicle and what still needs to be done since I have gotten such different responses and information with each person I have spoken with. Am I waiting for parts and do I need to bring the vehicle in? I replied to the text I received about the vehicle being ready with my confusion but have not received any response.

Everyone was very polite and courteous. The work was completed in efficient time. Thank you.

I have been having problems with my battery and asked to check it out. I never received an answer.

Haley constantly goes above and beyond to explain to me, help me to understand & feel comfortable in my wok on my vehicle. I am grateful for her way of making me feel informed & empowered rather than confined pushed as some do when they don’t understand vehicles. I truly trust and appreciate her!

I was on a tight schedule and received an email the truck was ready. I got there and the paperwork was not ready… I waited in the chair, meanwhile the paperwork did come but was not told… I sat there waiting…I got up and told the staff I needed to get to work….the paperwork was delivered when I waited but was not told…. Then I was told the keys were there… they were washing my truck, I told them again that I was late to work due to waiting. Finally I got my keys but the truck was not washed… in the future I would not send an email until the vehicle is ready. I was late to work, very frustrating.

We always get excellent service when dealing with Haley.

I am extremely pleased with my experience today. The technician I initially met with was straight forward with me, listened to my concerns and thoughts, and came up with a plan that made me feel comfortable and certain my issue would be handled!

Michael was very attentive and did what I asked. The repair was completed and I was on my way. Lindquist always comes through. Thanks.

I was in for my oil change and was taken care in a very timely manner as well as being given a quote on front brakes that need to be taken care of. Waiting area was very comfortable and clean. Thank you to all.
