I was very satisfied with my Ford service experience. The department did the extra service I wanted (60,000 mile). The valet service brought us back to Eldridge and then returned the car when it was finished. Because service was needed that took more than a couple of hours it was so convenient to wait at home and not have to ask a friend to pick me up. Just thank you for offering this service.

I had told them that there was an intermittent whistle when the air is turned on high. My son took my Bronco in and was told that can happen when the vents are closed. My son told him the vents were open and the response was you never know if it was all the way open. I have never close my vents, and it wasn’t that he made the suggestion, it was the second comment that didn’t need to be said. Also I picked up my Bronco and asked what they did or found out and I was told they fixed it, but wasn’t told if they in fact did anything! Usually I have great experiences, this time was a little disappointing!
