I had an oil change done + new rear brakes... about a $650 service. I know there is a tire rotation w/ oil changes and whenever I have my oil changes done there, my tires are never aired up evenly after. I'm not super picky, within a few pounds I wouldnt think about it... but my tires are usually way off. This time, I picked up my Jeep, drove home, parked. The next morning, I noticed the air pressure measurements were 41, 36, 29, 34. While I can put air in them myself, it's just annoying to have the low tire light come on right after service. I thought I might have a bead leak at first, but they're holding up.
Service advisor and reception typically good. Maybe the mechanics are rushing and don't have time to slow down for something a little more detail oriented, but it's a little annoying to customers.

Mike did a great job! He made sure I was taken care of regarding the loaner car I was promised. He went a step further as the person who was supposed to arrange the loaner was not in. He took on a responsibility that really wasn't his to ensure my satisfaction. And on top of all this he treated me like I was the only customer he had even though I didn't buy the car being worked on from Lindquist! I am impressed and will probably trade at Lindquist when buying a new vehicle.
