Michael was professional, personable and knew his craft. Ford however and Ford dealers refuse to remedy the known manufacturing flaws in the $70,000 truck Ford produced. With 54,**** miles and being immaculately maintained there is NO EXCUSE FOR THE MYRIAD OF PROBLEMS! Including but not limited to the embarrassing oil leak. You should be ashamed of the situation and the absolute lack of responsibility in properly addressing and satisfactorily fixing it, especially since we own and have owned dozens of Ford Lincoln products.

I’ve never been disappointed with Lindquist. They always call with questions or concerns. Their valet program is wonderful and the teams are amazing in every department I’ve had to use. Not happy with services I have received over the last two years of owning this truck. Services are overpriced, Ford customer experience is lacking, service advisors not thorough. I will not be returning since my truck is no longer under warranty. Even when it was under warranty they refused to fix my door seal that has been leaking since purchase.
