Lack of communication and follow up were an issue at the beginning and throughout, until I escalated the situation to Derek Fox. We were given very little information about how long the repair would take and we were not provided a loaner until we asked for one, twice. When I asked, the service rep asked me if someone had called to set up a loaner. They had not. I told him we would be out of town until the following Monday evening. He said he would have a loaner ready for us either Monday evening or Tuesday morning. I called the dealership on Tuesday morning at 8:30 am, since I had not heard anything. Whoever answered the phone said our representative would not be in for another 30 minutes. That’s when I asked to speak to someone else and I notified Derek.

I am unsure what is needed or to do based on the service paperwork work. The issue remains as my phone works and is not too old. It worked well in January 2026 when brought the Escape. I understand the service dept doesnt deal with pairing phones.
