On the service report it said the service tech shut off the A/C system and restarted the vehicle multiple times, no A/C with restarts??? On my very first try early this morning with the A/C turned off the night before I shut down the vehicle, the setting set in last setting mode, the A/C and recirculating buttons still lit up when I start the vehicle. This is what he said didn't happen. The outside temp this morning was 668 degrees and I even had the temperature dials set for 78 degrees so why is the A/C turning on in the vehicle still trying to cool down the cabin when it is already 68 degrees and I have it set at 78 or higher? Is there something wrong with the ambient temperature detector??

Andrew helped me again with my recall. He was on time, very clear on what he was doing and when he was complete also let me know the things he looked at while the computer update to the car was made.
