Called at 8 am this morning to confirm all items needed for the recall repairs were in house. Left voicemail with service agent. No one called me back. Brought car in at 9am. I was called and told later the day that everything was complete. Upon arrival I was told that the items needed for one of the repairs had to be ordered and I would have to bring the car back at a later date.
