Carice was really nice but service took a bit longer than expected. And the car wash was pretty bad. Other dealerships do a much better job (car wash) as a compliment for servicing the cars at dealership. I had to ask for a car wash and they did a terrible job at it. It’s the little things that keep the client coming back.

Seriously, Emmett went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and to make a not-so-great situation actually pleasurable. Having your car not start then needing a tow from work is stressful and embarrassing but he helped take care of everything and kept everything positive and lighthearted. This day could've been way worse but he definitely made the difference. Also, I have to give a shout out to the towing guy. He was very friendly and patient despite the cold rain.
