I guess most people drop off their auto without getting the estimate and details of exactly is to be done. Steven did exactly as I requested, and the service was very good except I cannot rate this experience as "truly exceptional" as it took 30 to 45 minutes to get the parts and quote for a plug and coil module change on my Avalon even though we discussed it after the previous service I had done four weeks prior & on the phone again that morning as we were setting a drop off schedule. You would think if I had asked for a detailed quote to be given at the drop off that the quote / details would have been ready and not have me stand around while it is entered and him having to go to parts to get the additional entries done while we (she sat in our other car - Corolla - outside) waited. Other than that is was a very good service - However not "Exceptional".... I do appreciate Steven's effort, just hated to stand around and wait on something he had given a partial estimate printout 4 weeks ago and then my detailed input prior to drop off of the auto - asking for it to be ready (the quote) when I got there. Maybe he misunderstood me? Could be... I was working on Med's for a pulled back and yes it definitely took longer than 30 minutes to have this quote done. Thanks
