Mr. Emmett explained everything what will be done for my low tires and invited me inside to drink coffee. After a few minutes he said about the nail in my tire, what the time will do, how many minutes it will takes, and how much to cost! Inside like usual was very warm, the coffee and cookies, and popcorn were delicious, and everyone was very friendly! My tire was ready very quickly and the price was lower that promised! I love my car, my dealership, whole team, and they service! Thanks a lot for Mt Emmett, all of the team, and all my friends who is working in Toyota! Thank you for the exceptional service!
