I am completely dissatisfied with the service I received today.
I brought my vehicle in for the Auto Butler treatment with 0 scratches on my vehicle, I left with multiple scratches on the left side of my SUV. My floor mats were also missing when my vehicle was returned to me. They insisted that they didn't know how the scratches got on my car and had no idea where the mats could be or even if I had the mats in there in the first place. Some of the workers in the back stated that no mats were ever taken out. About an hour later once I left Hampton completely disgusted, I recieved a call stating my mats were found in another customer's car. It's really pitiful that you bring in your car in immaculate condition to get serviced and leave with scratches and items missing from a dealership. Then get treated as if you're stupid or lying. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE CENTER EVER!!!!!
