It was very good customer service on Yonic Bello’s part to allow me to use a loaner vehicle. I had been told by the gal who scheduled the appointment that it was a 2 hour recall service, but it was nearly double that because both airbags had to be replaced. Because Yonic was able to get me a courtesy vehicle, I was able to go to my doctor’s appointment after all. Thanks, Yonic!

There was a huge bolt and a nut laying on the front driver side floor when my car was done. No clue what it goes to but since they fixed the seatbelt, it makes me nervous. It was promised at 2 and I showed up st 4 and still waited 40 min for them to finish paperwork even though the car was sitting washed in the lot. I finally asked for my keys and they are mailing paperwork.

Jason was great. Celeste who made the appointment and said the part was in stock messed up. I got there Monday and waited 1 1/2hrs to find out the part is back ordered. Poor Jason got caught in the middle. Not a good way to run a business.

Chris was kind and thoroughly explained the issues at hand — however, I am not satisfied with the mechanical service that was performed. We had the “Tire Pressure Low” Light come on as we were on the freeway only two hours after leaving the dealership! But ironically the tires were rotated today and I would have thought the proper tire pressure would have been checked by the technician.... the tires actually had too much air in them. And my alignment was perfect previous to today’s service but is now pulling to the right. Not happy.
I will be contacting Chris tomorrow.

Although the technicians did a great job repairing my Honda Pilot I am almost always amazed on what professionalism and great work your technicians do. Jason did not give the shuttle guys a heads up for my pick up for that reason I waited 2 hours and a 1/2 to be picked up until I called, Jason apologized
