The service technicians found an additional problem (seat frame broken) but couldn't reproduce the problem I reported (clunk from driver's side front of car - strut/axle). When Alec brought the car up, I heard the problem and it is still happening. Also, the car wasn't washed very well (water spots and some areas still dirty)

Ronald was there trying to multitask several clients at the same time. I arrived without an appointment but some lady there had an appointment and demanded she be attended to first.
