Your own service department and employees state that your batteries for the Honda fit “****” and “do this all the time” yet you still charged me $86.50 to diagnose and charge my battery. The solution the gave me (just charge it every day with a trickle charger) comparing the Honda Fit to their own personal Harley Davidson motorcycles is NOT something we should have to do when purchasing a Honda which is know for reliability. I’m beyond disappointed with Honda and believe my car is a lemon and very unreliable. I don’t feel safe letting my 19 year old daughter drive it.
