Someone placed my car on the non-waiting list and I was sitting on the waiting area for over a hour waiting for my car to be done when my car was ready to go and just parked outside. Nobody offered an apology but after paying for an expensive service it just felt like nobody care if I took my car to your dealer... very disappointed... specifically because I been a customer for a few years... feel stupid writing this because nobody will actually read it and do something about it...

Following dealership appointment, I was told they checked my tire pressure, driving with family to a camping trip, we get a flat tire. Very unusual because the dealer would be the one to catch that. Very unfortunate. This is second time something comes up following taking my car to dealership.
