I'm very upset with my service today. I've been your customer for 6 years now. My service guy Paul knew I needed shuttle to pick up my car cuz the shuttle took me home he did not mention to me at all that the shuttle service stops at 6pm knowing my car was gonna be done by 630 I had to get an uber to take me to pick up my car. Then I leave I see my oil life reading said 20 percent which to me means they didnt do an oil change. I called back some with Alex and he started the crew forgot to maybe reset it that I can take the car back. Not so good service today

Unfortunately the customer service that was provided was very disappointing. I have had prior issues I was willing to let go of and compromise but today just about did it when I made sure to take my car early in the morning around 8am so that I would be able to get it back as soon as possible I was told it would be ready 1hr and a half later. I was patient never received a call, I left voicemails. I was desperate finally got by car back by 4pm. Untop of that Ive had work done a couple of months ago and continue to have the same problem. At this point I wish to get some kind of refund.

I had first called the service center before coming in. Eric was friendly on the phone and told me to ask for him when I go there. He updated me on when my car would be almost ready. Escorted me to the cashier desk and back to my vehicle so I don’t get lost looking for it outside. Friendly guy, very polite. Good vibes.
