Me Torres was acceptional in providing the best customer service. He stuck with plan and got my car fixed on time. I think the problem here was the second mechanic. Vivian called me back and said it was not a transmission leak even though Mr Torres had fill in the notes. I know she was just going on what the mechanic said. But clearly it was not the problem, it was indeed the transmission that had a problem not the oil pan as Ms Vivian offered the service of changing the oil pan that was leaking as mentioned by the mechanic. ( this was covered by the warranty).Had I paid for for that 678.00 oil pan leak, my review would have been different. Thank Mr Torres for your awesome work. Please learn from this. It would have cost almost 700.00 and it was not even the problem.
