Vivian was fantastic and was extremely friendly and helpful! She gets an A++! My only complaint is that my car’s issue was not able to be fixed, as it requires a particular part that is currently backordered, so there is no timeframe given as to when my car issue can be fixed. Because it involves repairing my AC, it is just frustrating because of the extreme summer heat, which will make driving without an AC very difficult.
