Alec was very helpful from my initial call. I originally contacted the Riverside location but after I felt they couldn’t assist me, I called the Corona location. He pulled my information up promptly based on my call in phone number and confirmed that I was still under the extended warranty. He explained everything to me and gave me the proper diagnosis for my vehicle. I was very satisfied with his service.

I always feel like your service guys are trying to sell me something. I came in for an oil change and Yonic called me suggesting I needed a brake fluid flush and throttle body service. My husband builds engines and he has never done or had either of these done on any vehicle he has owned. When I told Yonic I was not interested and I thanked him for his recommendation, he hung up. I confronted him when I got there and he said he did not hang up and he said he would call me when my car was complete....none of this was said. He promised my car at 3pm. I thought he said my car was done whwn I spoke to him....I arrivednat 305pm and he was shocked as my car was not done. I dropped it off before 12noon. I sat and waited about 20 min....this was unacceptable to me. I only keep coming to HCC because it is close and I bought my car there...the service is always salesy esoecially to women...and the customer service needs improvement. Thanks, Brenda L
