Vivian was very helpful when I dropped off my vehicle. She explained what everything meant that was showing on my screen. She even made sure that my car would be ready by a certain time that I needed it to be ready. My car needed additional work done and she called me right away and was able to tell me on the spot how much I was looking at as far as pricing. I had a wonderful experience. Already spoke to service manager, the car was dropped off at 8:30 am and asked to have it by 2pm . At 12:30pm , I was called to report a tail light out, that was added. I started texting at 1:45 , 2 pm and on, no reply until after 3pm . Didn’t get my car back until 3:45 pm . The morning shuttle driver was not professional, but the late afternoon young man was outstanding. I’m always pleased with the work done, the issue is getting the car as promised or even getting an update call.

Eric seemed annoyed. Not sure if he was having a bad day but he was rude and talked down to me. It was unacceptable behavior. If I was a betting person, I'd guess it was because he couldn't convince me to do the 100,000 check up with Honda. I will not return to your Honda location because of him. I went for the "free" airbag recall fix. Didn't have the time or money for other than why I went there. I understand sales positions but this was borderline ridiculous.

It took a little longer than anticipated. Vivian is an asset to the service department I only wish I had asked her to show me the leak in my rack and pinion. I’ve noticed nothing on my drip pan, nor the dip stick in the reservoir. I’ll keep my eye on it.
