I went In for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 3 hours. No one told me why it was taking so long. I even texted a question to find out how much longer and got a standard response back without a time line. I work and has to take off work to get this done. I was not expecting 3 hours. When I got back to work, I looked at the receipt and saw where they fixed a recalled part on my brakes. I was glad they repaired it but someone should have told me they were doing it so I would have been able to plan better. Communication is key.

Only issue I had was this is second time that they tried to charge me for rotating my tires. That was why we decided to buy our tires from Everett. I think your service techs should pay closer attention to this. I know we are all human and we all make mistakes but this being the second time it has happened to us, how many others don’t catch the extra charge for rotating tires. Please help us all save our money by having the tech check if we bought the tires from you. We will also try to remember to remind you that we purchased tires from you.
