I was extremely disappointed that my air conditioner shot craps after 45,000 miles. I am 84 years old and have purchased many new automobiles. This was a first. I also thought that the $780.00 labor charge was quite excessive for slightly under four hours work.

Truck works great and I had a great loaner to drive while it was in the shop so what’s not to like. Ultimately that’s what matters and you guys did great.
If I have a critique it would be the communication technique I got several texts that made me think maybe my truck was ready and with instructions to text if I had questions, but when I texted, it appeared they weren’t being read.

I had OC and Tire rotation. When I got the car I checked air pressure (which was low in all tires when I came in) and the tire pressure was still low, by 3 pounds. I had to get a service rep to bring the pressure up to the recommended 36 pound.
Mechanic should have taken care of this.
