I scheduled an appt online but did not get an email confirmation. I called before I left home and the nice receptionist said there was no record of my appointment. But she said that “walk in’s” are perfectly acceptable to I could come in. I got there and met Matt. He found my appointment and said he’d get me in quickly like I had one (even though I thought I didn’t not and was 30 minutes late due to a wreck on the interstate.). The complimentary coffee and donuts in the waiting room were great too. He was super friendly, made me feel very welcomed at Everett. The next service appointment I make, I’ll find his name on that list to be my service advisor. Great employee! Everett cares and Everett makes it easy!

Danny did a great job over seeing the work that needed to be done. I am not sure why but the service technician that replace my broken window left all the glass in the bottom of the door. Again I am very pleased with the work that was done and working with Danny. I will remain a loyal customer.
