After I had sent request for service a lady in service department called me said they thought the vibration was something the transmission guy had to take care of and was booked out past the 29th but could do service the 23rd. After I hung up I called back and got another girl who had apparently overheard the conversation and was pretty rude about it. I told both I was leaving the 26th for a 3000 mile trip and needed to know what was wrong and impact on tires. Finally we agreed I could bring in and have someone to ride with me and see what problem was but if transmission my dealer was booked and couldn’t handle. What a deal!! Well I got Dub and he listen, knew exactly what it was and explained it in terms I could understand. Ask me if I had a ride, which I did. He was on it, got it done. What a change in experience. Hope you have a recording of my discussion with the ladies, it was bad. My number was ****-****-xxxx Thursday early afternoon, I believe.

Adam met me at my car just as I drove in the line for service. I needed my oil changed. He took the keys and about an hour and half later I received a text my car was finished.
