I did not buy my truck from Everett but I had heard about the good service provided there . Everett has changed the oil in my truck and rotated the tires for over year and up till the last 2 times I came there I have been well satisfied! . The last time I came in for an oil change and rotation I checked my fluid levels (break fluid , Antifreeze was low my wind shield washer fluid looked like dirty oily water 3 out of 4 tires had different air pressure in them . Needless too say I was dissatisfied! When came time for the next oil change I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt and used Everet one more time. I made an appointment for 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon I was 20 minutes late for my appointment when I got there there was three other people in the waiting room there were 2 cars in the waiting line outside . I arrived at 4:20 and I finally got my truck back at 5:56 . I felt like I had been made to wait !! I have been there when you had to look for a seat and got in and out in less the 45 minutes one time 35 minutes !! Don’t think I will be back

Adam was great but when i got my car back they drove it home to check noise which ok. But my car was clean when i brought it to you.i has dirt-dust all over dash seats doors ect. Which interior is black.outside same . So i was not happy.

Service advisor didn't provide or discuss restitution on A coupon that I had. Leaving me to believe the service was free under the coupon. Talked to service manager Scott I think made me feel that he was doing me a favor by honoring the certificate. He showed no concern that the service advisor didn't explane cupon.
