I came in without an appointment on a Saturday morning and waited less than an hour for an oil and filter change. Windshield washer fluid was topped off, tire pressure and other fluid levels checked. I've waited much longer at Everett for the same service. I'm extremely pleased with the improvements. I am however still unhappy that the $9.99 oil changes were discontinued for customers that purchased vehicles prior to the discontinue date. Everett's sales people used that perk heavy in their sales pitches and I believe it should have continued to be available for customers that purchased vehicles prior to the cutoff date.

His communication skills are totally absent. He was full of excuses on why he did not answer my texts. He would say that my car would be ready on the next day, but that day would come and go with no communication from him. I am totally disappointed in the entire Everett team. You either were putting other vehicles in front of mine or you sell far to many vehicles that you cannot service. Strongly considering never using you again. Customer service means nothing to you. The customer is not valued or respected. Many more issues than will fit here. You get an F.
