It would be nice if all of your service people knew that women bring their cars in to get oil changes as well. Names taken when keys are handed over would help. I watched the guy that had my paperwork wander around for quite a bit before I got up and went to the front this was 2 hours after I dropped off my car for an oil change. He then came from outside inside and said to the other guy that he didn't know where this person was. Never once was my last name nor the name of my husband, whose name is on the paperwork, called out to a waiting room full of females. Plus the guy bringing the papers wasn't the one that checked my car in. My last visit was great. This one was not. No communication as to how much longer over the hour and a half that was estimated. I doubt my car will be returning for anymore service work at least not by me.... Jennifer Young

Seth went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about some issues with my Yukon. Initially I told him about a slight vibration when I get above a certain speed and he immediately wanted to test drive it with me in the car.
