Mason and the check in process were great. The time it took to complete the service was satisfactory because I did not have an appointment. However my only challenge was the technicians spilled DEF all down the side of my truck and wiped it off with a dry rag. DEF is extremely corrosive and I was disappointed to see how that was handled.
