Starting over again. The car sit for 7 days before it was worked on after an appointment was made. It took two days to fix. Your service advisor had family issues and no one contacted me via text what was going on. I came to the shop 4 days later to find out the car had not been even looked at. "Not in the Q". It started in work after I called the service mgr. I would have driven the car longer and could have made some other appointments if I knew it would be a week before it could be worked on. I am pleased you found the problems and fixed them quickly after it went in to be worked on.

So, I am truly disappointed in the results of my recent service. I brought the truck in for some known/reported issues. While I can understand not being able to re-create some of the reported problems, or determining that these are "normal", the one issue in regard to my radio is easily re-createable and I do not understand why it was deemed as "falls within specifications". If I can get into another Canyon and pick up stations that I cannot get in mine, or they don't modulate in frequency/clarity, then there is definitely something wrong with mine vehicle. It is enough of a problem where I cannot even use the radio without becoming annoyed by it.
As a sidenote, I do appreciate Danny going over the items with me, instead of just reading verbatim what the service report stated.
