I arrived for an oil change and tire rotation around 8:45 this morning. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. I was prepared for a long wait although I find it crazy to wait 2 hours for an oil change. At some point my adviser went on lunch but I was still notified of the need to spend an additional $90. At 10:45 I was walking the parking lot and found my truck in the back of the lot obviously done with service. When I went inside nobody could find my keys or paperwork. After almost 30 minutes I was finally able to check out. As I was leaving the adviser then decided to tell me I have a nail in a tire that can’t be repaired. It seems to me this could have been told to me while being serviced instead of as I was walking out the door and not given any opportunity to repair.
