The paint job that was done to fix the paint that was peeling off on the door handle looks horrible. I am not satisfied with what has been done. The paint does not match the vehicle. It was a small spot but it needs to be fixed right. We will be getting in contact tomorrow.

Quick service. Adam did good job taking ownership and Shea Murray was extremely helpful when we picked up our car. There was some spot's on the paint and Shea got involved and the issue was resolved very quickly and professional. It was some left over spots from the buffing out process. I came in to have one rotar installed and I had called in a couple of weeks prior to verify price and that the service could be done. I also told the service rep when I checked in that this was what I wanted. However, after a three wait I was told that they had done the oil change and xhngwd rear windshield wiper blade but refuse to do the one rotar. When I told rep that I had called ahead, he asked if I spoke to a women and I replied that is who you all having answering the phone and that she allegedly put me on hold to verify it with a technician. I also asked why the price he quoted was different from that on the coupon on the dealership website. After me telling him about it a couple of times he agreed to look at it and went to talk to your parts guy and came back to offer me lower quality product than that listed on the coupon and stated you all don't even stock what I was being offered and that he would have to price down the labor to get it to that price. This seems strange to me since it was listed on the dealership website and stated a specific product with installation. To offer me lower quality product was far from exceptional customer service.
