The experience was great till the very end. A bigger guy came up to me and wanted me to sign paper. Didn’t explain anything said just sign. I told him I want to see it he walked off. I then got ready to leave and told the guy I wanted to see what I Just signed he said it was just there invoice but the middle had all red writing in a large paragraph. I ask for a copy again with no explanation again. I left alittle angry about the way the service experience was. It was a shame because up till then the whole experience was awesome from the time I drove up till I got ready to pay then it went cold with the way I felt I was treated with the paper he ask me to sign which I ask about and ask for a copy of it.

My service was complete, but I had to wait for Mason to get back from lunch. Don’t know why he didn’t hand the service off to another advisor during his absence. I lost time at work due to this delay. Dub is always helpful and tried really hard to find my vehicle in Mason’s absence while the finished paperwork sat on Mason’s desk.

While it is entirely my fault for not understanding the agreement, the truck was brought in for service thinking it was complimentary while in Little Rock for my job. With better understanding, I would have the service done in my hometown for less $$$.
At payment it was communicated the complimentary service was with in 24 months 24000 miles. The truck is within the 24 months but has 28xxx miles.
