I called the night before my visit & couldn’t get a rental to use if my car wS towed in. Today I had it jump started & drove it there. I was wanting to be mad & angry that there was no help the night before, but uli was met by Matt at the service drive & explained what I have experienced the past 24 hours with my car. I even was at the point of trade in to get away from that car. Matt showed genuine concern about my needs with my car .. even gave me a number to blacklist to get reimbursed on my insurance.. he kept checking in on me through the day while waiting on the technician to find the problem with my car. He seems to be an exceptional employee & displayed the grace of God and that was truly a blessing. He deserves more than a pat in the back. He is an awesome employee!!
